The Foam Carve Seat is made using a mould (beanbag impression) of the individual in their best seated position, from this cast using our Foam Carve machine an accurate copy the induvial shape is made from cell polyurethane foam, producing a perfect fit for a specific shape.
The Foam Carve Seat is usually indicated for clients who are in a “fixed posture” and needing maximum seating support. If a child is growing then the seating shape needs to be reviewed at least every six months as a absolute minimum.
The Foam Carve Seat can be interfaced into a wide variety of wheelbases, manual and powered and also for home chairs.
